Although every state has it's own laws governing the use of some items we carry, everything found in the "Personal Defense" section is legal to own and carry in the State of Texas. In that section, you'll find an assortment of stun guns, Tasers and pepper sprays. Each item has been evaluated and found to be effective and reliable. When we find a product that we sell is not working up to our high standards, we cease selling it and make it right with anyone who experiences a problem. The bottom line is, we take pride in and warrant what we sell.
Most items found in the other sections are legal, but many are considered illegal or restricted in the hands of civilians. We will make sure that those items are clearly marked in their descriptions. If you have any question, please contact us BEFORE you make a purchase.
